Listing setup

Walk through all steps to setting up listing.

Setting prices and availability

Assist with research on potential earning, opportunities for maximum earnings, and best practices for pricing & availability

Booking request management

Will assist with management and booking for fee.

Guest messaging

We will manage guest messaging within contract fee agreement.

Onsite guest support

Will provide onsite support and coordinate services needed. Owner must pay for any repairs and/or refunds.

Cleaning and maintenance

Will provide maintenance and cleaning checks with pictures.

Listing photography

Will coordinate listing photography. We typically take 2-3 pictures per room including front and back yards if applicable.
