Listing setup
I'll research and write a complete listing for your Airbnb. It usually takes 6-8 hours, and my rate is $75/hour.
Setting prices and availability
Upto 20% discount, weekly and monthly discounts. No yearly revenue commitment. Strive to maximize occupancy rate and revenue.
Booking request management
Only good guests will allow to book, verified ID and no bad records. Suggest instantly booking, minimum stays may apply
Guest messaging
I'll manage guest communication within 3 hours during business hours and within 8 hours outside business hours.
Onsite guest support
I'll follow up, coordinate with cleaners/housekeepers for issues, and suggest lock box or alternative key handling solutions.
Cleaning and maintenance
Suggest and work with cleaning services to ensure place is ready for new guests.
Listing photography
Suggest and work with photographers for Airbnb images.
Licensing and hosting permits
With years of experience, I’m happy to assist with STRA registration & short-term rental plans based on my personal insights.
