Creation of the listing, even from scratch, by advising and guiding Hosts step by step until the start of the activity and beyond.

Setting prices and availability

Pricing after careful evaluation and study of the area and competitors, recommending and agreeing on the price

Booking request management

360-degree management of the various booking requests by agreeing with the Host

Guest messaging

360-degree communication with guests, from house rules to any information they need for their stay.

Onsite guest support

Support in exceptional cases, they agree on the relative price. Distance available about 30 km from VR/MN

Cleaning and maintenance

I don't offer cleaning service but together with the host I recommend it by interviewing the workers in person

Photographic shooting of all rooms and services that are offered both indoors and outdoors, possibility to use the drone

Any tips to improve certain details or where to buy functional items.
