Listing setup

It's important to have great visuals and welcoming language in a listing. I like to highlight what makes a listing unique

Setting prices and availability

I refer to Airbnb's Smart pricing, as well as outside pricing tools. I amend pricing on a weekly basis & offer specials.

Booking request management

I am very prompt in answering requests for bookings, and do my best to accommodate.

Guest messaging

I message guests regularly, and am usually available between 8am and 10pm.

Onsite guest support

I schedule automated booking, checkin, and checkout instructions. I am usually able to resolve any issues quickly.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have two cleaners and a handyman on my regular rotation. They are always prompt, always show up and always do a great job.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can help hosts submit permits for short term rental licenses in the city of Atlanta.
