Listing setup
I will set up your listing from start to finish.
Setting prices and availability
I will set competitive prices and adjust accordingly. This is one of my favorite parts of the process.
Booking request management
I will take care of all communication from booking inquiries/requests to check out messages.
Guest messaging
I will communicate with all guests and make sure they feel empowered and comfortable.
Onsite guest support
I will create a check in and check out flow so that there is a back up for everything and everyone if issues arise.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a few cleaning companies I work with that I trust and can schedule with immediacy.
Listing photography
I can hire a photographer for an additional charge $200. My go to person photographs properties for Home and Garden Magazine.
Interior design and styling
I can style your place ($300 extra) according to Airbnb standards and use my experience about what guests enjoy the most.
Additional services
I can provide breakfast for additional fee of $25 per person per morning.
