We work with an association to maintain all our properties. Owners recover 50% on taxes.

Listing photography

We completely create the Airbnb listing with wide-angle HD photos. The photos are perfectly organized.

Interior design and styling

The property will always be perfectly presented before the tenants arrive. A clean design is recommended.

Licensing and hosting permits

Implementation of an inventory sheet that tenants sign on arrival and departure and management of Aircover insurance.

Additional services

We can make trips for the needs of tenants. Welcome basket with fruit, juice, water, etc.
