Maintenance is managed by our handyman service but the cost of repairs is paid by owners.

Cleaning and maintenance

We take care of all cleaning and scheduling. The cleaning fee is collected by our company.

Listing photography

We will provide professional photography and the cost is between $100-$300.

Interior design and styling

This is optional and negotiable depending on the size of the home.

Licensing and hosting permits

We will obtain all required city license.
