Listing setup
I will assist with the initial setup of your online listing. Posting photos, text, and creating the page to your liking.
Setting prices and availability
You are welcome to set your own prices. I'm also happy to give suggestions based on the current market.
Booking request management
I'm available to take care of all booking requests and initial contact with each guest.
Guest messaging
You can choose to have me handle all messaging and guest contact for you, or do as much as you'd like.
Onsite guest support
Onsite guest support can be built into my other services in the event that the host is not local or unavailable.
Cleaning and maintenance
In limited cases, I'm available to clean and maintain your space as well. This would be an additional charge.
Interior design and styling
I am available help with the initial setup or redesign of your physical space. This would be an additional charge.
