I encourage homeowners to generate their own listing, but can steer the ship in the correct direction.
Setting prices and availability
Im available everyday, and only host locally to insure I can respond to any emergancy.

As a host myself, Im very aware of the needs of guests before they arrive, including being vigilant of guests that give pause
Guest messaging
I will always reply within 1 hour unless I'm asleep.
Onsite guest support

I can give suggestions of vendors, styles and colorways for your listing.

While the homeowner is the primary POC for permiting, Im happy to educate the homeowner the exact criteria for hosting.
