If need be I will help write the listing and fill out all the listing sections.
Setting prices and availability
I will work with you to set the prices and if you are interested in using a 3rd party software I will help set that up.
Booking request management
I will manage all booking requests as part of my fee.
Guest messaging
I will take care of all guest communication from pre-check in to check out. Good communication is key to happy guests.
Onsite guest support
I am local and available to stop by the property if the guest needs immediate help with something.
Cleaning and maintenance
I will find high quality and reliable cleaners and maintenance team members. I can also clean for an additional fee.
Listing photography
If you need listing photos I can provide high quality photographer recommendations and work with them to get them done
Interior design and styling
For an additional fee I can provide interior decorating services including purchasing and setting up furniture.
Licensing and hosting permits
For an additional fee I can help with the process of getting the license with the housing authority.
Additional services

The house is wonderful, plenty of storage, but would be helpful if kitchen supplies were labeled. Not sure if customary, but dishes were still in washer.
