I adjust rates to maximize far out bookings at higher rates and fill last minute openings. This yields apx 85% occupancy.

I am happy to answer any pre-booking questions. Same day requests I always approve with cleaning.
Guest messaging
I respond promptly (typically within an hour) & communicate with an authentic casual style that guests respond well to.
Onsite guest support
As a Savannah local, I provide guests with thoughtful recommendations. I am also able to visit the property on short notice.
