My services
Listing setup
I will help get the house ready, provide photos, handle all communication and set up all cleanings and repairs.
Setting prices and availability
For 25% of the net payout, I will provide all the services listed, as well as be available 24/7 for anything the guest needs.
Booking request management
I handle 100% of the booking inquiries. Host has direct communication with me as to the current inquiry for final decision.
Guest messaging
I handle 100% of the communication. Host will receive any and all communication, but responsibility to respond I can handle.
Onsite guest support
I would make myself available to guests for anything they need, if repairs need to be arranged and for arranging cleaning.
Cleaning and maintenance
My current cleaner will accommodate my listings and make herself available for last minute bookings. Exceptional at her job!
Listing photography
My listing set up fee includes a professional photographer that will highlight your property and increase bookings.
Interior design and styling
I provide feedback, if wanted on what you can do to improve your listing by investing in things that guests are looking for.
Licensing and hosting permits
Depending on your county, I would help with permits or tax forms if needed.
Additional services
If repairs are needed, I have access to many local services that are available quickly and are affordable.
