Actively managing rental calendar & daily pricing to conform to seasonal, holidays and market fluctuations.
Booking request management
Filtering potential guests based on reviews, rental approval , change request (# of days and guests), preparing property.
Guest messaging
Warm & welcoming guest communication throughout the interaction & guest stay, including issues and damage/claims management.
Onsite guest support
Ongoing in-person availability, as necessary. My team and I live locally, we do respond to all requests or emergencies.
Cleaning and maintenance
Expert local team providing cleaning, garden and maintenance; coach team on details & manage logistics as a true "concierge".
Listing photography
Option to providing my own photography work as add-on service (see my listings), or coordinating professional photo-shoot.
Interior design and styling
Bringing 20+ years of professional design experience I can transform a property (from color to garden, to furniture & décor).
Licensing and hosting permits
Providing guidance to owners as we fulfill county requirements, advising on licenses and permit renewal deadlines.
