Listing setup

From 0. The price of this service is included in a concept called the opening. Deep cleaning and listing. €100 + VAT

Onsite guest support

In 95% of cases, the property must have a self check-in system. Occasionally, it is done in person.

Cleaning and maintenance

A fee is added and included in the final price the guest has to pay.

Listing photography

According to the owner's budget. Professional, not included, or semi-professional with state-of-the-art phone camera.

Licensing and hosting permits

Fixed price for the procedures of €50 + VAT
