I create the entire listing with photos, description, check-in manual, amenities, etc.

Setting prices and availability

I take care of changing the rates according to each period of the year. These updates are weekly.

Booking request management

I don't use Instant Book so I can choose the tenants in advance in each listing.

Guest messaging

I am available to guests before and during their stay.

Onsite guest support

Personalized check-ins and check-outs are preferred. Guest assistance is provided during the stay.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning is carried out between rentals according to a specification written specifically for each property.

Listing photography

I take photos of the space to showcase it.

Interior design and styling

I use my expertise to help the owner with the layout, decor, and storage of their space.

Licensing and hosting permits

I provide all the legal information needed for tourist rentals. I explain and support the owner.
