Listing setup
I can set up your listing, take photos, suggest amenities and tricks to make your space attractive.
Setting prices and availability
I can manage your calendars and tweak prices to reflect the season and demand and take advantage of discounting options.
Booking request management
I will respond to inquiries and booking requests. My response rate is 1 hour most cases.
Guest messaging
I will respond to guest communication within the hour. I am always online on my phone, unless I am asleep.
Onsite guest support
I tell the guest how to contact me for any issues. Depending on the location, I can be physically present or send maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a cleaner come between guests to turn the place over. Change sheets and clean bathroom, and check appliances.
Listing photography
I will take up to 30 photos if you do not have photos.
Interior design and styling
I will go over the staging with you and set up the space as best as possible.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can guide you in some cases for obtaining local permits, though usually the owner has to take responsibility.
Additional services
I can help you set up an electronic lock. Advice you on the furnishings required or replaced. I will offer other services.
