I write, optimize settings, and make sure the listing is as efficient as possible.

Setting prices and availability

I study the starting price by analyzing the competition, and update the rates myself in order to remain competitive.

Booking request management

I can confirm or decline each reservation, after analyzing the responses to my questionnaire.

Guest messaging

I manage any communication with guests, as quickly as possible, and even requests for Aircover if needed.

Onsite guest support

My role is to assist guests throughout their stay 7/7. I encourage self check-in because I'm more requested.

Cleaning and maintenance

I work with hand-picked cleaners, which I train continuously.

Listing photography

I can take the first photos myself (free) but I recommend investing in a professional photographer.

Interior design and styling

Passionate about interior design, I can advise you, see buy for you and set up.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can advise you on all the steps to take (1. condominium, 2. City Hall, 3. create the company for the LMNP)

Additional services

If you want to do everything yourself, I can coach you, create the listing and settings + take photos > 150 euros
