Listing setup
I write, optimize the settings, and make the listing as effective as possible.
Setting prices and availability
I study the starting price by analyzing the competition, and I update the rates myself in order to remain competitive.
Booking request management
I can confirm or decline each booking, after analyzing the responses to my questionnaire.
Guest messaging
I manage all communication with guests, as quickly as possible, and even Aircover requests if needed.
Onsite guest support
My role is to support guests throughout their stay, 7 days a week. I prefer self check-in because it's more in demand.
Cleaning and maintenance
I work with handpicked household self-employed professionals, whom I train on an ongoing basis.
Listing photography
I can take the first photos myself (free) but I recommend investing in a professional photographer.
Interior design and styling
Passionate about interior design, I can advise you, see buy for you and set up.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can advise you on all the steps to take (1. co-ownership, 2. Town Hall, 3. Create the company for the LMNP)
Additional services
If you want to do everything yourself, I can coach you, create the listing and settings + take the photos > 150 euros

Overall, the stay was ok. The host was very kind and responsive. The location is at least 35 minute drive (and longer for public transit) from the nice/tourist spots of Paris....
