Listing setup
In YVR, I cannot create your listing, but I will help easily walk you through the process, saving you $$$.
Setting prices and availability
In YVR, I cannot directly manage price, but special software will set all your pricing, click and you're done 95%+ occupancy.
Booking request management
You setup the listing and pricing (with software - I walk you through), I will accept a good guest and take it from there!
Guest messaging
I love speaking with guests, and I'm quick to the draw - usually answering within 5 minutes (ask my customers!).
Onsite guest support
With our direct partnership to an onsite support team, they are yours (mine) right arm when needed. No additional cost.
Cleaning and maintenance
I am partnered directly with my "Secret gem" cleaning team and get you the best prices - $70/bedroom. Thats it, really.
Listing photography
While we don't provide photos in Vancouver, we have an AWESOME photo company we recommend for a great price!
Interior design and styling
This is my favorite part! I love to creatively design spaces according to your budget, just no IKEA furniture please.
