I like to have a special connection with guests, I like to "get to know" them before they arrive.

Guest messaging

I am available from 8am to 8pm. Responses in less than 1 hour.

Onsite guest support

In-person or self-check-in when possible. I provide a check-in guide with videos when needed.

Cleaning and maintenance

I provide cleaning and maintenance. A single privileged contact with each owner. No intermediary.

Listing photography

At least 20 photos with enhancement and contextualization.

Interior design and styling

It's necessary to keep the place alive. Books, plants, it brings a good atmosphere for guests.

Licensing and hosting permits

It is necessary to get closer to the municipality of the rented property in good standing with the authorities. I can help you.

Additional services

Each trip is welcomed in a privileged way (gifts/card/drinks). In addition, possibility of train station/airport transfers.
