I am only taking on homes that are nearby to where I live so I can have eyes on your home in between every set of guests.

I will handle making sure the home is cleaned in between guests. The cleaning fee will go directly to the cleaner.

Being a real estate agent, I work with the best photographers in town. I will set you up with them.
Interior design and styling
I will design your space as needed and give suggestions on improvements for visual appeal and functionality.
Licensing and hosting permits
I will only take on legal listings. I know all the local guidelines and will help get your permit if you need one.
