Setting prices and availability

I have availability, although I like to choose the check-in time.

Booking request management

I let myself be carried away by the ratings that the guest has. It's also important to listen to your intuition.

Guest messaging

I usually respond quickly to messages.

Onsite guest support

I am available to be called or texted.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning 13 euros/hour. I make sure everything is as if it were my own house.

Listing photography

I really like photography and I take good photos that I can edit if necessary.

Interior design and styling

I'll try to follow the host's directions.

Licensing and hosting permits

Permits must be in order, I don't make arrangements.

Additional services

I recommend bars, places of interest, shows, transportation. I can pick up and take you to the airport for 40 euros.

Lovely place to stay! Host was very friendly, and gave me some great local recommendations! Place was clean, and it’s not hard to get to Seville from here.
