If they don't have any reviews, ask idle questions. Check their profile, and inquire.
Guest messaging
Important instant response rate.
Onsite guest support
Total availability. Once you're settled in, I suggest getting to know the area, walks, recreation and visits to points of interest.
Cleaning and maintenance
Ventilation, cleaning and total disinfection of the accommodation. Change of sheets, towels. Check of dishes and utensils.
Listing photography
I offer a complete professional photography session, a correct selection. Improvement of angles and lighting is included.
Interior design and styling
I focus on the arrangement of furniture, curtains, colors, textures, and lighting.
Licensing and hosting permits
Important: Obtain the necessary permits from the local City Hall and register for tax purposes.
Additional services
Ad management. Responses to inquiries and messages about confirmed reservations. Guest service during your stay.

Nice 15 min walk through nature park, to/from a great train station. Buy the €10 monthly ticket and pay so little for great transportation. Oscar is also nice enough to drive ...
