Listing setup
I will guide you through every step of the way of listing setup. From writing a catchy title, pricing set up and photos.
Setting prices and availability
Setting up your Calendar from pricing, availability, special, promotions and discounts.
Booking request management
Manage all guests booking requests. Review profiles and guest reviews. Accepting and/or declining guest requests.
Guest messaging
Manage all guests messaging and responses. I respond within one hour.
Onsite guest support
We will manage on site support if required. Either myself or a Trade if required.
Cleaning and maintenance
We manage and organise all cleaning including housekeeping and laundry. We have a team of Trades for every issue. Restocking.
Listing photography
Styling and managing photographer. Will be on site for photos. I will style all pictures.
Interior design and styling
I am an Interior Designer/Stylist and will set up from the beginning and maintain quality. There is a cost for this service.
Licensing and hosting permits
Manage all required registrations inc fire and safety.
Additional services
We are very hands on and out attention to details is paramount. I am a Super host and Ambassador.
