We generate the listing from scratch, with a personalized description of the apartment & area with professional photographs.
Setting prices and availability
We analyze the area and the competition to assign rates based on the market and the season of the year.
Booking request management
We define the profile with customer parameters/average stay. Once the booking arrives, we confirm it and greet the guest.
Guest messaging
Our response rates are high because we always respond as quickly as possible to any guest request.
Onsite guest support
We carry out face-to-face & remote check-in and provide our cell phones to the guest for any assistance that may arise.
Cleaning and maintenance
At check-out, the house is cleaned and prepared according to the standard before being handed over again to the next guests
Listing photography
We collaborate with a professional photographer to make the photo report of the house with the necessary detailed plans.
Interior design and styling
We like open spaces with good lighting and minimalist decoration, which provides warmth and does not disturb the guest.
Licensing and hosting permits
We collaborate with an architect with extensive experience in delicate aspects of the activity who helps us with licenses.
