We'll set up your calendar and set the right rates at the right time, for an optimized occupancy rate.

Booking request management

We make sure that tenants meet your criteria and match your property. We respond to requests quickly.

Guest messaging

We communicate with your guests before, during, and after their stay; we respond in less than 1 hour (7 days a week, 8 am-8 pm).

Onsite guest support

We are available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm and we will come to you if needed, with a smile.

Cleaning and maintenance

We organize the meticulous maintenance of your property between stays. We also have our own laundry.

Listing photography

We set up your property as if it were for rent and take photos that are true to life and of high quality.

Additional services

Exterior maintenance, minor maintenance, emergency response, necessary purchases, etc.

Interior design and styling

We give you advice on layout, decoration, and the provision of amenities.

Licensing and hosting permits

We know local laws and regulations, and can provide you with contacts for your declarations.
