I am very responsive throughout the day, early in the morning and in the evening

Onsite guest support

I am the main point of contact for guests upon arrival and during their stay. I invite them to contact me if necessary

Cleaning and maintenance

I prepare the houses and apartments as I would like to find them myself when I arrive on vacation!

Listing photography

I wrote real estate ads for several years when I was a rental manager. I avoid retouching

Interior design and styling

Purge personal items as much as possible, while providing a touch of decoration to make the property stand out

Licensing and hosting permits

I manage my two apartments myself as well as those of my acquaintances. I take this activity seriously
