Listing setup

To beat the airbnb algorithm, you need an airbnb geek, we do the full listing set up as a part of the onboarding process.

Setting prices and availability

With backgrounds in finance & management, we implement our secret dynamic pricing strategy that boosts > 90% occupancy P.A.

Booking request management

We allow instant bookings for guests with 5 star reviews; the remainder we assess to approve/reject guests to ensure safety.

Guest messaging

We have full time guest communications, from 8 am until midnight 7 days a week.

Onsite guest support

Your guest is our guest, if the guests require assistance, we will ensure they are safe and satisfied.

Cleaning and maintenance

We have a full time, fully trained, 5 star housekeeping team that personalise each apartment with a bespoke checklist.

Listing photography

Photography is taken by our photographer who knows the ins and outs of making your listing pop above the rest.

Interior design and styling

LaneStay requires a certain standard of interior. We have a full time interior stylist to assist your setup.

Additional services

If you are wanting to do the hosting yourself, but you're struggling to get a booking, we do optimisation for a 10% fee.
