Listing setup
Create the listing; arrange styling and professional photography; set up automations; pricing - we can do it all.
Setting prices and availability
Market knowledge, Dynamic Pricing. We actively monitor ensuring all opportunities to book are available at the best rate.
Booking request management
We receive text and email notifications when an inquiry comes in and respond as soon as possible, usually straight away.
Guest messaging
We have a 24 hour roster so there is always someone available to respond to any guest questions or issues and utilise AI.
Onsite guest support
Being a local business with team members, we have systems in order to be able to attend to any issues or questions, 24/7
Cleaning and maintenance
Housekeeping Manager. Cleaning checklists. Photos upon completion of the clean. Action maintenance. Regular, same cleaners.
Listing photography
Professional photography is important and retouching shouldn't be necessary. 20 photos for smaller places, 40 for larger.
Interior design and styling
Using our past experience knowing what kind of beds etc guests want. Getting input from team members and interior designers.
Licensing and hosting permits
Staying on top of legislation and local council and shire requirements. Being a licenced real estate agent assists with this.
Additional services
Owners sometimes wish to pivot to a longer, more traditional lease as their circumstances change. We can manage this also.
