Listing setup
I will help you set up your listing, make sure that your property features well and also I will help you order supplies.
Setting prices and availability
I charge 10 Percent co-hosting fee. I will also help you set up cleaning fees.
Booking request management
I will answer all the inquiries and communicate with potential guest with your approval.
Guest messaging
I will message with the guests regarding their arrival and departure times and any concerns they have.
Onsite guest support
I will answer any concerns guest might have before or during the stay. I will also leave reviews on your behalf.
Cleaning and maintenance
I will take care of cleaning as we need to be able to accommodate an earlier arrival or later departure.
Listing photography
I have a great real estate photographer I am working with so I will hep you set up an appointment and load the photos.
Interior design and styling
I can hlep with interior design and styling. My fee is either at $70 per hour or at 10 Percent of the value purchased.
Licensing and hosting permits
The host will need to take care of all the licensing and hosting permits.
