For a one-time fee, with no out-of-pocket expense, I will handle all aspects of listing creation and property setup.
Setting prices and availability
I provide full-service pricing management, including initial market analysis, launch strategy, and ongoing support.
Booking request management
I provide 24/7 booking request mgmt. and apply a proven, time-tested system for screening guests & minimizing cancellations.
Guest messaging
I handle all guest communications for my clients, including any guest questions, concerns and/or issues that might arise.
Onsite guest support
In the rare case that my systems & procedures are insufficient to resolve a guest issue, I am available for onsite support.
Cleaning and maintenance
I can hire, orient, schedule & coordinate with all cleaning & maintenance personnel, & also perform quality control checks.
Listing photography
I will schedule & coordinate a professional photo shoot, upload and categorize the images, & craft the appropriate captions.
Interior design and styling
I can provide you with valuable insight, based on my years of setting-up STR properties, and/or help you hire a professional.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can help research and procure any statutory business licenses and/or hosting permits required by your local government.
