Listing setup

Intro chat to discuss goals and plans, followed by a property review with suggestions, staging tips, account creation.

Setting prices and availability

We’ll take a comprehensive look at your market to find a happy medium in pricing and strategy, also a full market analysis.

Booking request management

Each booking requires careful review to determine ensure who is booking a reservation will be a great experience for both!

Guest messaging

I respond fairly quickly if not immediately. I love Airbnb and am always on the platform throughout the day.

Onsite guest support

I can be available throughout the reservation to answer any questions or respond to guest. If needed I can make visits.

Cleaning and maintenance

As cleaning is my expertise, I also can provide the cleaning to ensure you always get 5 star ratings for cleaning.

Listing photography

I like to do at least several for each room, I do have a photographer who can also take professional ones for us.

Interior design and styling

I like to work with what you have and by doing an in-person visit I can give suggestions to improve on the design. Is huge!

Licensing and hosting permits

We can take a look at your HOA bylaws and city short term regulations to determine your eligibility to host.
