Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cô Giang

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

Changed my dates and the price went up 20%. Book early to avoid disappointment. Apartment was clean and efficient. There were many amenities provided. Among then, the hairdryer proved useful for my daughter. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Host was responsive and helpful. Suggestions to improve 1. Provide more water? The first 2 bottles were a great gesture. 2. A ledge below the aircon condensers at the balcony. The hot weather sometimes causes these to drip. 3. Maybe something to keep the washer/dryer in the shade. The intense heat and occassional rain could cause the machines to deteriorate quickly. 4. Additional pillows? Great place all round. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

Our stay in Ho Chi Minh City was fantastic, thanks in large part to Kevin, Lucas, Thomas and the entire host team! They were incredibly supportive, responded promptly, and had excellent communication. The location was super convenient, and the interior design of the room was just lovely.

The best AirBnb O stayed at in the city. Not luxurious or big but very clean, cosy and comfortable. Would stay there again

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The host was so friendly even when I contacted him late at night during check-in, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The house was so clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I could walk to the Evi in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was comfortable to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff were very kind and even gave me an extra three hours for check-out, which was super helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

We were a little surprised at first by this small alley and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly got used to it. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, so I'm planning to stay again. ^^

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

I stayed a week at Mie's place and enjoyed the accommodation, especially the shower. It had very strong water pressure that felt therapeutic, especially after a day at the local neighborhood gym. The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, while providing some urban authenticity. I recommend Mie's space to couples or single backpackers looking to explore the city.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money. Will recommend anyone visiting Saigon to stay and will definitely stay here the next time I come. Thanks An for the wonderful experience. A ironing board and iron would have been useful
