Me and my partner visited Cleethorpes for the first time - the apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious. The amenities it came with made it feel as if you could stay there for months without any worries - cutlery, dishware, iron board, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. There were smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which made it really useful for rainy days/ late nights. In terms of cleanliness, I’d give it a 10/10. The apartment itself was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the local shops were only a 2 minute walk away which meant that I never needed to use my car while I was there. There’s also street parking right outside the apartment. In regard to the area, it is well lit and safe, people of Cleethorpes are very friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Me and my partner never really go back to the places we’ve already visited however, if by chance we were ever in Cleethorpes, this is the apartment we’d definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay with beautiful views from the bay windows across the estuary. The road out front is busy, but the bedroom is at the rear & wonderfully quiet. The shower is powerful and there’s plenty of hot water. Pubs, clubs, restaurants and seaside attractions are a short walk away making the apartment a great location. I would recommend staying here, but advise that the half dozen steps to the front door are quite deep and may cause an issue if guests have mobility problems and the amenities have an error: should read washing machine not dishwasher. Lovely, private and central apartment with great central heating too. Harrison’s communications were clear, professional and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, just a short walk from bus and train stations, as well as a mall with a Tesco Extra, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were fantastic—always responsive, very friendly, and happy to accommodate simple requests, which made the stay feel really smooth and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return in the future!

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Had a fantastic Easter last minute get away Elton was a really great hoist friendly gives recommendations for places to eat and how to get to places the apartment was absolutely spotless very comfortable bed I slept great because it was Easter weekend there was a fireworks display on you could see it out the window we had a Birds Eye view we didn’t have to leave apartment there’s a very nice cafe down the road that did a really nice all day breakfast my son is into his fishing there are pounds near by about 10 minutes drive you can buy a day ticket he loved it and caught 5 fish we also enjoyed going next door for a drink and watched the boxing you are in walk-in distance to fancy island so you don’t need to drive and park this apartment is definitely worth booking you can’t fault it 5 stars from us lot we will definitely be back also my dog enjoyed his self thank you Elton and Michelle for letting us stay

Nice place, brilliant location

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

A very relaxed location for a City stay. Little through traffic. A great neighborhood cafe is just below - we appreciated the reassuring cafe activity+ great pizza and breakfasts on the doorstep. I'm sure we will be back.

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****

Lovely flat in a great area, safe, was able to walk for whatever I needed. Great restaurants and coffee shops close by. The flat had everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would recommend.

We had a great stay at John’s place. The location is ideally situated in the heart of beautiful uphill Lincoln, close to the castle and cathedral. The home itself is as beautiful as the photos; the kitchen has everything you’ll need and the bathroom is charming and has a lovely big bath. The bed is supremely comfortable…can’t recommend it enough 🤩

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

Had a really lovely stay, parking was a massive bonus and lovely little touches of a multi functional phone charger, washing machine tablets, spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. Overall really pleasant and will definitely stay again

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!
