Great stay at Marie-Noëlle's. Super well located apartment to do everything on foot in Sète, well suited for a family. Very good communication and warm welcome. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus. The terrace is really very pleasant. Just be careful 4 floors with no elevator but it's done very well!

We are a 65+ old couple and we stayed for three week-nights. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and well-equipped. Bed was in separate room which allowed one of us (early riser) to be functional, before the other woke up. The apartment was in walking distance of Nîmes Centre train station and our city destinations. Recycling was available and clearly explained. The only drawback was the four flights of stairs to climb, which was clearly disclosed in the apartment description. However, the staircase was wide and had large steps, and the handrails were good. We recommend this apartment.

We have been enjoying excellent vacations in Sandra's apartment for several years now. Available and considerate, we appreciate the hospitality of our host with each new stay. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well arranged, pleasant to stay in and particularly clean. It is also very well located, close to the beach and the heart of the city. Everything was great in this accommodation for a weekend reunion with friends. Arnaud had prepared a large table in the living room, which allowed us to spend some convivial moments. Accommodation close to the center, perfect for getting to the city during the day or evening. Since there were so many of us, an extra set of keys would have simplified our organization a little. I recommend it!

This is the second time we've come to Loupian. It's a very quiet place to stay, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The bed is very comfortable, and nice touches are provided. I highly recommend it, it's a place we'll be happy to come back to.

Beautiful place with a parking space right outside the door, spacious bedrooms, beautifully decorated living/sam, a pleasant and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or lounge. Not far from everything, 20 minutes walk from the Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 min from the port Marianne. Manual, the host is nice, the instructions are clear. I would highly recommend it

Very nice apartment in a beautiful farmhouse. Quiet and peaceful, it's exactly what we needed. The pool was very nice, even in early May, and we also liked the jacuzzi. Perfect for families. The property was also very nice, a little wild with a pond on the edge, a small bridge that crosses, nicely arranged. Recommended!

Perfect place for a group of 11 friends. From the moment of booking, Charlotte was particularly responsive to all our questions, which allowed us to organize our stay with peace of mind.
