Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Clamart

The apartment was great. Location was perfect for walking just about anywhere. The neighborhood has a very active night life, especially on the weekends, but you don't hear it when you are in the apartment. The rooms are a little small, but that seems to be common coming from the U.S. We did not need to contact the host much, but when we did she was responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment hotel in a great location. 5th floor with elevator- there are a few steps from the entrance to the elevator but nothing difficult. Very modern apartment. Large bedroom with full king size bed. Spade for sleeper couch a bit tight if you need that. Fully equipped. Nice bathroom. Communications were exc.ellent. However, you don't get the codes for checking in until 24 hours before and only via a web link. I like hard copy a bit earlier. There is a "lobby" for the management next door so help is close by. We didn't realize that. The neighborhood is excellent. Relatively quiet street with several restaurants and plenty more a few minutes walk. Close to bus lines and subway. Grocery store 2 min walk.

I really enjoyed my stay at Matthieu’s! It was quiet and clean inside with a very comfortable bed. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen that allowed me to cook a few meals at the apartment too. Matthieu was very communicative and quick to respond if I had any questions. I had some trouble figuring out how to unlock the door at check in and he was able to send someone to help me out in minutes. The location was great - not in the center of all of the packed tourist stuff - and was close to 2 metro stops that allowed me to get anywhere I needed to be. I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable all around!

Muito boa a localização tem mercados , frutarias, rede de alimentos prontos como picard , restaurantes e padarias . Internamente você se sente em casa com tudo que você precisa , recomendo com certeza .

Wir durften in den Osterferien (NRW) 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung übernachten. Sie liegt mitten in Marais, in einem dritten Stock in einem sehr ruhigen Haus. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten zu einem kleinen,geschlossenen Hinterhof und ist dadurch sehr leise. Unsere Kinder, 10 und 12, haben auf dem Ausklappsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Während das Schlafzimmer Verdunklungsvorhänge hat, kann man im Wohnzimmer nur die abgebildeten, durchscheinbaren Vorhänge zu ziehen. Trotz der zentrale Lage war es abends/in der Nacht relativ ruhig im Wohnzimmer (in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind eher Geschäfte). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und voll ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Victoire war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen war sie schnell erreichbar u. konnte uns weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung lag für uns optimal, um Paris zu Fuß und mit der Metro zu erkunden. Unser Auto parkten wir unter dem Hotel de Ville ( Parkhaus), da keine Parkmöglichkeit.

So glad I chose Edouard’s home for my most recent stay in Paris! I wanted a place that felt like a home away from home, and Edouard’s apartment was perfect (I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace). The location is ideal and quiet, and the space is beautifully decorated. Edouard is an EXTREMELY helpful and responsive host — he gave me all the information I needed (usually before I asked), and he responded quickly whenever I had a question. He even extended my stay when my plans changed. Be aware that there’s no A/C or elevator (this is common in Paris and clearly communicated in the listing). I came at the end of summer, and with the windows open, I generally felt cool enough. Last but not least, the view from the apartment is STUNNING. I loved looking out over the Parisian rooftops and hearing church bells ringing every morning. And I was delighted to discover that if you lean out the living room window you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. 😊

Thomas’s place was exactly as described. The air conditioning and electric blackout blinds in each bedroom was wonderful for sleeping. There is no air conditioning in the living spaces or basement but those spaces stayed relatively cool. Kitchen was well stocked. There were ice trays in the freezer to use which we put to great use as it was during a heat wave in July. Washer and dryer both worked. Feeding the turtle was simple. Having multiple bathrooms for our family of 6 ( ages 15+) was great. (1- half bath with toilet and sink, 1- half bath with shower and sink, 1- full bath with shower/bath, toilet and sink). Master bedroom on second floor has access to terrace and has a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. There are 3 flights of stairs and no bedrooms on the main floor. Closest Metro stop on the M 4 Bagneux line was Marie de Montrouge, Sortie (Exit) 5 or 6. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries within 2 blocks as well as a park. We would stay here again.

Super séjour ! La maison est agréable, avec son jardin clos. Situé à côté d’un parc, et proche du RER pour aller rapidement sur Paris Nous étions 9 et chaque couple avait sa chambre 🤩

Second week-end de travail dans la maison. L’environnement est très agréable, la maison est fonctionnelle et bien située, proche des commerces, restaurants, et transports. La communication avec Olivia est facile, elle répond très rapidement aux demandes, avec bienveillance. Je recommande vivement !

Nadia est une super hote. Le logement est super au fond de leur propriété ce qui en fait un havre de paix. Dès que j'avais une question ou besoin, Nadia et son mari ont été très à l'écoute et réactif. merci à eux pour leur accueil.

C'est un bel endroit où séjourner. Accueillant et confortable. Il est très bien situé si l'on souhaite visiter les lieux les plus emblématiques de Paris. Nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour 9 personnes et franchement rien à redire tout correspondait à la description, très facile d’accès avec une arrivée libre, Rose et Thomas sont plus que disponibles en cas de question, le logement est grand avec de nombreux couchage, il était très propre, nous avons passé un super séjour ! Nous le recommandons toutes à l’unanimité. Merci infiniment

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

The location of this apartment is so central! Being right on top of one of the biggest metro/RER stations in Paris meant we could go where we wanted by just walking right outside our door. Many of the best neighborhoods in Paris are within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. There were three little closets with bins to stash our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pair of scissors. The hosts were always friendly and responded quickly. The check in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

À 15 minute du parc Astérix où nous étions et a 25 minutes du musée que nous devions visité que demander de mieux… superbe appartement propre bien agencé et complet nous sommes arrivés tard car nous sommes rentrés du parc Astérix mais arrivés autonome le top ! Les personnes ont été très réactif à la communication et très accueillant ! jour de forte chaleur à 23h le soir lorsque l’on a envoyer un message que l’on été bien arrivés ils nous ont apporté des ventilateurs très bon séjour nous recommandons sans problème !!

Excellent space, excellent host! This place was as advertised. Beautiful space with great directions and assistance before and during our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay here again!

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Paris. The place looks exactly like the photos and comes with everything you might need. We immediately felt at home in this fantastic space—my kids didn’t want to leave! Bedis was a great host and he and his property manager were very responsive when needed. No regrets booking this stay!
