Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

La ubicación es excelente cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, al frente hay un micro market, y el subte está a unas cuadras. el departamento es cómodo y usamos la parrilla para hacer un asado, nos sentimos muy cómodos y recomendamos mucho este alojamiento.

Ficamos cerca de 50 dias nesta hospedagem, sendo um casal, uma criança e nosso cachorrinho. Nos sentimos em casa pelo ambiente confortavel, o apartamento é bonito e funcional. As duas camas de casal são boas e há uma cama de solteiro com um otimo colchão e outro mais fino. Chuveiro quente, espelhos e decoração agradavel. A cozinha é bem pequena mas adaptamos muito bem e não houve problemas, o quintal é ótimo e a localização é incrivel para ir a qualquer ponto da cidade por onibus ou metro, é facil acesso a diversas linhas de transporte.. Há otimos supermercados até 500m de distancia do apartamento, padarias e comercios ao redor facilitaram a nossa estadia. É uma região central de trabalho então os restaurantes são economicos. Recomendo esta habitação, como brasileiros gostamos de coisas bonitas aos olhos e boa mobilidade e isso foi atendido. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi impecável. Voltaremos em alguns meses para mais 75 dias e escolheremos esta habitação rara em Buenos Aires.

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Exelente. Buena ubicación, cerca de...todo. El departamento,cómodo, con lo necesario para unos dias en BsAs. Muy bien la limpieza,colchón y almohadas,cómodas.El agua de la ducha,perfecta, y la calefacción del departamento tambien. No salí al patio, pero suma, más alla de que es interno ,tiene unas bonitas plantas y unas sillas para , en todo caso, mirar el cielo. comunicación, exelente, tanto con Fedérico, como con Carmelo(el papá). y tambien, el encargado del edificio, muy amable.

tina fue muy amable y muy atenta en todo! una gran host. rentamos 2 departamentos porque éramos un grupo grande y todo estuvo perfecto. la zona inmejorable. la limpieza perfecta. gracias !!!

El departamento era luminoso y amplio. Estuvimos muy cómodos y Laura siempre dispuesta y atenta a todo lo que pudimos necesitar. Nos encantaría volver a pasar una nueva temporada allí.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

This apartment truly is a gem in Palermo! It's an arm's length from fantastic cafes, restaurants, and shops. Without a doubt, it's the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in Buenos Aires, absolutely spotless. Tina was a wonderful host, always friendly and super responsive. The bedrooms on the second floor are very well soundproofed, which is incredibly helpful in such a vibrant neighborhood. While you can hear street sounds from the first-floor living room, it didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend!

Nos encantó el lugar! Precioso para pasar varios días y con mucha variedad de cosas para hacer en el barrio, la casa súper cómoda tal como en la foto y descripción

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Se trata de una casa pequeña y antigua que no tiene una buena distribución arquitectónica, La recámara en azotea no cuenta con baño. En la descripción no menciona que los baños son externos a las recámaras. Los espacios de la casa son chicos y faltan algunos armarios para guardar ropa. Las puertas requieren de mantenimiento.

Todo perfecto!! La casa muy comoda, Alex siempre atento, y sobre todo el internet es muy rapido (tiene fibra optica). 5 estrellas todo⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

El anfitrión súper amigable, atento, con instrucciones claras. La ubicación se encontraba a 10 minutos del centro del tigre en auto, el departamento limpio, con la comodidad de poder dormir cada uno en su cama, ya que tengo una nena de dos años y pude llevar una cama de una plaza a la habitación principal. El edificio tranquilo, la gente de seguridad amable. Me hubiera gustado que sea mas oscura la habitación principal, pero lo logre solucionar.
