It's a very cozy place, the hosts were always present in case we needed anything. It's really a very nice place to rest and spend some time in Bogotá. 100% recommended.

What a fantastic place to stay in Bogota! Jesse is a wonderful host. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless. Close to absolutely everything, including close to my family who lives there. I was always within walking distance to my family’s home so that was a bonus for me. Fantastic area, great apartment building with friendly guards and an overall great place. Everything was an excellent experience

I stayed one month in this apartment and cannot recommend it enough. It really feels like home, you have everything you need, a great view over the city, a host you can always reach and super friendly doormen at the building in a central location of Bogotá. I would stay here again for sure!

This is like a home away from home. The apartment is in an extremely safe building and it's in the north of Bogota only 10 minutes away from the Zone Rosa and the 93. We loved the neighbourhood as it was close to my wife's family. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and look forward to coming to Colombia again!

Excellent apartment, very nice, comfortable and clean, the area is safe and it is inside a gated residential complex with a pool, there is a little traffic to get there but that is normal in all of Fusagasugá.

The place has very good security and privacy, plus there are places nearby for shopping if needed.

This home is located in one of the high quality Novaterra apartment complexes. The apartment is as in the photos. The internet is stable and fast, everything is fine. The hot water still needs to be improved and those who can ignore the neighbors in the apartment above this apartment is clearly an advantage. Unfortunately, the sun never shines into the apartment as all windows and balcony are west, but the property has good gas heating. Also, this apartment complex is located a little away from Mosquera/Funza, yet I can recommend it.
