The location was perfect — close to cafes, public transport, and within walking distance to local attractions. Giada was a thoughtful host, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local tips. We felt very welcome and at home during our time here. We had a wonderful stay at May's apartment. The place matched the description perfectly. It’s very conveniently located near public transportation. The kitchen could use a few more items, but overall it was manageable.

This is a great place to be based for exploring Perth. It’s very central, so easy to get around Perth by foot or on the free Cat buses. Being on the 22nd floor means you are away from the street noise and have a fab view. While check in/out is a little fiddly, it is well explained and to be expected in a busy city (we’ve experienced similar in Sydney and Paris!). The most important point is that it worked seamlessly. The bed is comfy, the shower powerful and you also get use of the pool.

Nice easy secure location. Heaps of ammenities around. Communication was easy and quick. Thanks for the great place.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The house had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was exactly as described—if not better.

1. The place is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes. 2.The room has a tourist attraction information books and public transportation route map for tourists to study in advance. 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a projector for watching TV. 4. The separate toilet is good, the washing machine can dry clothes, and there is a small Balcony for drying clothes outside the living room.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Wonderful and clean place with fantastic scenery (our baby loved both balconies and the views), friendly neighbours, big kitchen and Japanese toilets (huge win!!!). Host was also very friendly, accommodating and responsive and had clear instructions for everything. Coffee opposite was excellent too. Would certainly recommend to everyone.

Sunny was an amazing host and her place was fantastic. The building is very new and very nice. The apartment itself was super spacious and set up perfectly for working and relaxing. It's very walkable to CBD and had an amazing sunrise view!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We had a very comfortable stay here, had all the necessities! Only downside was that there was not much room for parking a big car in the driveway but we were able to use street parking at the park across the road!
