The house is actually clean and the good thing is extra linen and towels that left in there.peaceful place and some refreshment Feels like home..definitely highly recommended.

Strategic location, my kids loved the whale playground. Wished we could stay longer! Will def come back if we visit Scarborough.

We had a lovely stay at Lyn’s place. Lyn was very thoughtful, making sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. We were so thankful that were baby amenities available (high chair, cot etc) and Lyn even prepared books suitable for our toddler. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided. We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had a great stay in this property in Scarborough. It was as described, ideal for our group of 4, very clean, quiet and perfectly located close to cafes and shops. Michelle was a great host, always quick to respond to our queries. We would happily stay here again and also recommend it!

Andrea’s home was nice and neat. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook the meals we wanted. The home was near the airport which is good as we landed late at night and the kids could rest as soon as we reached. The home was also equipped with toys which kept our children well entertained when we were there. Highly recommend to book Andrea’s place! Will definitely recommend to other people too! The home was professionally cleaned and had all listed amenities. We used the kitchen and laundry facilities extensively. Kids loved the Disney+ subscription and toys. Renee and Dan were very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended.

Central location in Leederville and the studio was perfect for a nights rest after a big flight. Comfortable bed and neat amenities. Highly recommended!

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

Great place, loved that we could walk to the zoo (could even hear the lion roar!) Good location, easily accessed. Would definitely stay again. Brad and Jenn are great to deal with.

I needed another heater and sharp knife which were promptly attended to . The folder with appliance instructions was easy to find . My privacy was respected too. A very comfortable bed meant a good night’s sleep.

Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
