Staying at Anitya’s place for 3 days 2 night, it was good. The gas was empty, but Pak Maman change it right away. Had a blast time

Had a great stay overall — the place was clean, cozy, and the host was super responsive. Just a heads-up: one of the bedrooms has a bathroom located outside the room, which might be a bit inconvenient for some. Other than that, everything was smooth, we enjoyed our time and would come back!

-we stayed with a family of 8 people - theroom is big -there is a rooftop -there is a swing - big dining area (area favorite) - infront of the villa there is a lake plus jogging track - spacious parking

Tons of paragraphs will not fit because the villa almost too good to be true. Everything was a perfect as it seemed online. Cindy is the most thoughtful host because the villa contains everything your needs. Kitchen equipment and dining utensils are very complete with various size. Don’t forget each room is provided with an extrabed with extra pillow and sheets so it can fit up to 30 people. The bathroom is excellent built with Paloma brand 👍🏻 The staff mr Apud provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. Definitely will be back!

The view is so stunning, there ara a lot of activities that we can do in there such as swimming, playing badminton, soccer, playground for kids. The bedroom and bathroom are so clean, we also can use the kitchen, but in my case there is additional cost for this because we came with quite a large number of people. The owner is very friendly and kind, even when we checked out we were allowed to take ripe durian, and we thanked for that. The only downside is that their mattresses are too firm for me. However we would still consider coming back if we have a gathering plan.

The place is clean! At first I thought it would feel old, but the villa was very clean and comfortable to occupy. Pak Illyas was very responsive and very helpful in the beginning to checkout. There are many extra beds that are already available in the room (without being asked) and also provided sheets & towels that are still clean and also fragrant, so it's super comfortable Cooking & eating utensils are also very complete so my family and I don't have to bother looking outside. Overall a great stay, interested in coming back and staying again

Spacious, clean and tidy villa

The Villa was beautiful, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The host was kind enough to let us check in 3hrs early and also give us an extra room to use. We had a great weekend away. Thank you for sharing your house with us, we look forward to coming back again!

Pak Awi is very kind and friendly, responsive and very helpful. The atmosphere of the villa is very nice and peaceful. Facilities such as bbq are also very useful but there are some kitchen tools that must be replaced such as scissors. Overall OK and maybe I'll come here again next time. Thank you!

The villa itself is a hidden gem – very private, surrounded by fresh and cool air, and meticulously clean. It’s incredibly spacious, with plenty of rooms and generous living areas, making it perfect for both family gatherings and corporate events. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the option to BBQ adds a fantastic touch to the stay. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly this place is. Our furry friends were beyond happy, running around freely in the expansive outdoor space. We genuinely hope to return here one day. This place is an absolute gem in the Puncak area. Highly recommended! Bravo! 👏
