호스트는 친절하고 항상 신속하게 답해줍니다. 불편한것이 없는지 중간중간 체크해주시고, 문제를 해결해주려고 최선을 다 합니다. 숙소 위치는 미딩에서 가깝고 올드쿼터 까지의 거리는 조금 있지만, 두군데 모두 다니기에 좋은 위치입니다. 집의 컨디션은 최고이며, 층수도 높아서 전망도 좋았습니다. 저희는 남자 네명이서 우정여행을 왔는데, 이번 숙소에 아주 만족했습니다. 하노이 오시는분들께 추천드립니다.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this place. Mr Thanh is definitely a superhost. He is flexible and makes my stay easier than expected. The housekeeper is really helpful and responsible. Our stay at this Airbnb was beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions I had before, during, and after our stay. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the host even provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

Words will fall short to describe our stay at Diep’s place. I mean, it’s just such a pretty pretty apartment, maintained so well, and the decor is so soothing. Felt right at home. From check-in to staying, it’s just felt the perfect stay to end our stay in the beautiful city of Hanoi. I’m so happy that I got lucky and I found it at last moment. Will definitely book in advance next time I come here. Most most most highly recommended 🫰🏼
