Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Great place! Amazing location right in the heart of old quarter with multiple balconies and a small roof area. The host was very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake (还剑湖). I especially loved taking peaceful morning walks around the lake each day. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax, and the space felt like a comfortable home base to return to after exploring the city. We walked everywhere—cafes, restaurants, shops, and major attractions were all within easy reach. It was so convenient! A few things to consider: On weekends, the nearby road is closed to traffic and can get lively with events. For us, there was a Saturday night event that lasted until 10:40 PM, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. The other nights were quiet. The host was very responsive and communicative, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Hanoi!

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check in super easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches around the room. Definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. One of the best places in Thụy Khuê !!!! I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

Very clean and well presented apartment with stunning views of Ho Tay lake. Day time and night time views are something else. I’ve stayed along the lake a few times in similar apartments but they have always been let down with the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. This apartment is spotless and well maintained. Has a very comfy big bed 😊 The host is also very responsive

Beautiful apartment. We loved our stay! Plenty of natural light very comfortable bed and two smart TVs. The bathtub and shower awesome! Easy check in / out. There is a Mall Lotte 15 min walking distance where you can find a very nice supermarket and restaurants. The water dispenser was a nice addition.. nice kitchen etc. We highly recommended and We would love to come back. Great communication with host as well. Thank you!
