Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chuo Ward

Yoshiko's stay, SARAKU, has a neat and nice Japanese interior. Although it is not very spacious, it provides enough space for a family of three. The bedding is also very good and it is perfect for resting after a tiring trip. It is very close to the tourist attractions, but the surrounding area is quiet and safe, and the transportation is also very convenient. They provide good information on nearby transportation and attractions, and they provide separate instructions for the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience. The price may be a little higher than other places near this area. But considering the services provided, I think it is a reasonable price. I would like to book again if I visit Osaka next time.

Had a great stay! The location was convenient. The space was surprisingly large for Japan, which made it really comfortable. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is truly perfect. All the furniture is clean and very modern. The bathroom is a dream. 😍 The location is very good in the city center, from there you can reach everything. I can only recommend this apartment.

Kayoko's accommodation was within a 7-minute walk, and there were two subway stations nearby, so it was easy to get around. The spacious bathroom with a dryer was also really nice. It was nice to travel with the kids and stay comfortably. Thank you: D

the place was very well designed, clean spacious, well furnished, sufficient supplies and was very comfortable. Anna and Krita supplied us with thoughtful items like umbrellas, cooking supplies. we loved the kitchen, shower and bath, extra pillows and spacious bed.

Amazing house at an amazing location right in Namba, I recommend this place!

We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

The location was excellent—just a short walk to and from the train station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, a fantastic value, especially for larger groups!

We needed a place to stay for 1 night before we had to leave Osaka and glad we found Jessica’s place! It was so comfortable, clean, and perfect location (only a 5 min walk to the fish market, 10 min walk to Namba, and 15min walk to Shinsaibashi shopping) also multiple family marts nearby. The place was clean and had 3 separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant. The common area was really nice with a big dining table, perfect for meals, but there is no sofa or living room for lounging. One thing to note, this place has 3 floors, with the first floor housing the biggest bathroom, which could be inconvenient for guests staying on the 2nd and 3rd floor to come down to shower, but we didn’t mind. While the stairs are narrow, they were well lit and had hand rails, so one should just use caution when climbing and watch their kids. Jessica is a wonderful host who exceeded our expectations. We would stay at any one of her properties again.

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Aoi was an amazing host and was very responsive! The place felt very cozy and was in the heart of Osaka. It was very convenient to get to other destinations and the place overall was very nice to stay at!
