The actual property was exactly as shown in the photos. My kids loved the small water playground! The house is peaceful and conveniently located near the place where we went to watch turtles. One issue was that the rubbish bags outside were disturbed by stray animals, and the next morning, the rubbish was scattered everywhere.

We were very happy. Large space. Can cook and bbq. Big pool. Children very happy. Make sure to bring float for kids because the pool is 4 feet deep. For adults, it's just nice. comfortable room. All air conditioning included living hall. For big family who want to have a gathering,very highly recommended. Plus host is very responsive. Appreciate it. Plus point, its very private inside the house. Neigbours cannot see trough.

Had a great stay at TH unit. The seaview is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the house is basically perfect for a family. Would definitely stay here again.

I can’t recommend this seaside unit enough! The view of the beach and ocean is absolutely stunning—it's the kind of place you could stare at for hours. The unit was super clean, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for us; it was just far enough from town to feel like a true getaway, but still close enough if we wanted to explore. We had a blast swimming and soaking up the sun. Plus, our host was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their hospitality. We're definitely planning to come back again in the future. It was such a great experience for my family and me. highly recommended

It was a comfortable and clean unit to stay. Host was very responsive. Timur Bay residence is very suitable for airbnb stay. Ease of check in for guests, and pool was good for family stay. The place has direct access to beach, with nice clear water in September and clean beach. However, I personally did not prefer to have motorised recreational on the beach - strong smell of engine back and forth on the beach. But many enjoyed their atv rides on the beach. Overall, recommended for family stay 👍👍
