The house is beautiful and the location is very good, 200 meters from the beach. It's worth it. The only drawback we had was that we had a power and water outage that was quickly resolved with the help of the host, it no longer depends on her but on the municipality. But it's worth it and I appreciate being welcomed. We hope to be able to return

Augusto was very kind and understanding, just like his family, they were very attentive. The house is beautiful and comfortable, it has the necessary amenities for a quiet vacation, we spent some wonderful days. It takes place for two cars, one in an enclosed garage and another in the garage. It's great for kids because it has a large enclosed patio. The barbecue with built-in kitchen is very spacious, with a large table and seats, there is also another double bed. The terrace, upstairs, is another very enjoyable space. The area is very quiet and safe, just a block from the beach and about three blocks away, all shops are. 20 meters from the house there's a beautiful park with exercise devices, volleyball court, and seating spaces for the children to play with pets. A spectacular house, in a very quiet area with a lot of peace. One of our concerns was the absence of air conditioning, but the house really has tremendous ventilation all day and stays cool even though it's very hot outside. Fabio was always attentive to my questions and responded within a few minutes. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely be back very soon. Thanks for everything.

The whole stay was super good, the streets are a bit tricky but that can't be handled by the host, she is super loving and attentive to every situation. We passed that we did not have savannas because I did not say they were necessary but neither that they had and still Claudia solved the problem in a second. Delighted with the place!
