The complex features 2 pools (1 heated indoor pool with changing rooms and 1 outdoor pool), a complete gym, a barbecue area with grill, and parking for 2 vehicles. It is located in the southern neighborhood, a very quiet and safe area. Just a block and a half from the beach and the best seaside resorts to enjoy in summer and in winter to see whales from the shore.
