You will fall in love with this house! There is something to amuse you around every corner. Located in the heart of Ozark about 15 minutes from Springfield and 30 minutes from Branson. The house is three bedrooms and has a basement with an enormous playroom with a two story slide and a comfy theatre. Relax in the hot tub or on the beautiful deck. Even the adults that are kids at heart will enjoy this unique space. There are toys, games and a game table for everyone of all ages.

Five minutes to Springfield, 35 minutes to Branson. on James River. Bed/ bath are downstairs. Kitchen\living area are upstairs. Great deck for deer, turkey and star gazing. Bring your kayaks,, tubes or noddles, This is a small river. No power boats. You can also fish from the bank. Convenient to Branson & Silver Dollar City which is one of the top destinations for Christmas Lights and Bass pro is close with WOW museum. Main house is 500 yards away on 5 acres.
