The cottage is a cosy retreat with a stocked kitchenette, and even a BBQ and outdoor eating area to enjoy. Local eateries and restaurants, swimming pools and shopping malls are just a walking distance away, & we're only a 10-minute drive to the airport, zoos, botanic gardens, reserves, & the city center.

Surrounded by large trees, beautiful woodland gardens, across the road from the Ōpāwaho River and the sound of birdsong at your doorstep, you are bound to feel relaxed and at home in our bespoke cottage. Staying in a tiny home is an unforgettable experience — and we hope you’ll fall in love with this space just as we have. Please note: The spa is closed for the season from October 1 to February 28.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.
