This studio is very well located, close to buses, shops (bakery...) and convenient to discover the Vendee and its beautiful Puy du Fou park (a 25-minute drive away). Anne really made herself available for any question we had in a quick and friendly way. She was an accommodating host and good advice and we sincerely thank her.

The place is brand new and very nice. Everything is very neat. The photos match the property perfectly. The welcome and the instillations transmitted for the installation are very clear and the host is very friendly and pleasant. We had a very nice stay it was perfect.

Very good WE in this pleasant, clean, quiet and well-equipped accommodation, everything we were looking for. Self check-in and checkout thanks to the lockbox which was ideal for us (late check-in at night). Easy to park next. The bakery is very close, children's games in the park behind the church. Frédéric was very responsive in his communication.

The reception was excellent. Yvette is warm and caring. The apartment matches the description and the location is ideal as it is located 40 min from Puy du Fou and 40 min from the tranche sur mer. I recommend this offer. Matthieu

Stay to see family for a weekend in the center of La Roche. The property is ideally located close to the center with self access. Located in a private courtyard, calm is present. Great for two. Good WiFi. Fully equipped to get food and work. There's even ironing. Recommended.
